Frequently Asked Questions
Get clarity on session types, scheduling, and customization options.
1
What’s the difference between a half-day and full-day training? Half-Day (3–4 hours) covers all core concepts in a fast-paced, high-impact session. It’s best for teams needing a strong foundation in professional etiquette and is ideal for smaller teams or those with limited time. Full-Day (6–8 hours) includes deeper discussions, hands-on practice, real-world scenarios, and time for role-play, Q&A, and coaching. It’s best for teams looking for a more immersive, lasting transformation.
2
Do you offer virtual training sessions? Yes! All of our trainings can be delivered virtually or in person. We’ll work with your team’s preferences and time zones to create a seamless experience.
3
Can we choose the topics we want to cover? Absolutely. Our programs are designed to be flexible — you can select the topics most relevant to your team. We also provide a curated topic list to help spark ideas and customize your ideal session.
4
Can we schedule a training shorter than 3 hours? We’re happy to tailor the schedule to your team’s availability. However, for shorter sessions, we recommend limiting the number of topics covered — ideally no more than 3–4 per hour — to ensure clarity and impact.
5
Do you travel to our location? Yes! We offer on-site training and travel to your office, event, or preferred venue. Travel rates may apply depending on location.
